1password 5.1 won't boot on mac air running yosemite [Resolved: reinstall]

I get an error message saying it "cannot be opened because of a problem." I tried re downloading and launching the newly downloaded program and got the same message.

    And yet it runs on Yosemite on my iMac, which is much older.

    Is the error message more specific as to what the issue is ? Another instance running etc ?

    I trashed the old (I understand now it must have been corrupt) version before reinstalling it. It now works fine. Thanks; the "other instance running" made me think of that. Much appreciated!
