Updating for several Macs, iPhones

I have three Macs and two iphone all with different vintage 1pasword systems. I want to simplify and update. What is the best way to update and coordinate all these systems. Love the systems and happy to pay a reasonable price. Thanks,

    I think it's going to be helpful if you'd specify exactly what versions of 1P you have on what devices.

    @Benham‌ It could also be useful if you could post what versions of OS X and iOS you're running as well as any versions of 1Password you've purchased so far.
