1PW 5.0.2 keeps "timing out" before downloading

I suppose this is just a glitch caused by many users trying to download the new version at the same time...? Or, if not, please reset the allowed download time to a bit longer as some us still have rather slow DSLs to deal with.. Thanks

Hi @PWChinook,

I'm sorry you're having trouble downloading the update! Is this happening when trying to install the update from within 1Password 5? If so, you can try downloading it directly from our download site.

If that works, just unzip the downloaded file (if necessary) and move the 1Password 5.app file to Applications, replacing the previous version. Hopefully that helps!
