I have 2 gmail accounts,, personal and business. I was pleased that I just changed my password on my business gmail, I also changed my personal gmail account and now I can not log into my business gmail account anymore. Google has just locked me out of my business,, google wants me to find my host account and do a cname find and wait 72 hours. I just emailed 1Password and it might take as long as 48 hours to respond back to me. I have my calendar, drive, everything connected to my business account,,, I am dead in the water,, Any help would be appreciated

    Hi @shofsaess‌

Sorry for the troubles you're having at the moment with google.

To help clarify the situation; you've changed both your personal and business gmail passwords but you've lost the new password for the business account (but can still access the personal one?). Now did you use 1Password to generate the new password and it hasn't updated the Login item for the business one or does it appear that your business details have been overwritten by the personal ones?

If all you're hoping to do at the moment is retrieve your password then there are two things you can try. The first is looking to see if you have any Passwords items. When you generate a new password using the 1Password password generator it will save them there if you copy the password (in case you ever need to refer back to it). If you have accidentally overwritten the new business account password then try selecting the Logins item for that entry and then clicking on the show previously used passwords button which should be below show web form details. If there isn't that button then it means the password hasn't been changed in that entry.

If you're locked out of the account regardless if you can recover the password (which I suspect would be the case if it's locked) then we won't be able to assist much I'm afraid as that's all on google.

If either of the suggestions above don't help if you could explain a little more what steps you remember taking and whether or not you think 1Password has your old or new password stored against that entry, that might help with the troubleshooting.
