Upgrade to Windows + Mac license with App Store bought 1Password

Hi Guy's,

I've bought 1Password in the Apple AppStore and thought it would provide me with a platform independent license.
As I've been using it more, at my Windows pc I noticed I'm limited in the amount of logins there.

Now I wanted to "upgrade" to a Mac + Windows license since I already own a Mac License (As my install on my macbook says).
Unfortunately on my Mac I can't seem to "see" the license, nor can I send it to myself based on the mail address I have (since the AppStore obviously doesn't register my e-mail address at 1Password).

So my base question is:
How can I get my Mac license sent so I can upgrade to a Mac + Windows license?

Appreciate any answer that helps me out.

Hi @Genotix‌ If you can email us your Mac App Store receipt for 1Password into support+forum@agilebits.com we can sort you out with good terms for a Windows licence. The Mac App Store and purchasing direct from AgileBits are completely separate processes and the licences aren't interchangeable. You don't have a licence file for the MAS version as it's authenticated against your Apple ID using Apple's system for management. Don't worry though, once you email in we can get you sorted.

When sending in that email, if you can reference this thread in the forums and post here when you have emailed it'll help us find your message so we can deal with it promptly.
