Future of Watchtower
I'm wondering if watchtower it being used for more than heartbleed. It would be great if this was able to report any activity that warrants us changing a password. For instance, if a big corporation like target gets hacked, we would be notified in watchtower to change our password. Is that already available or should I not rely on watchtower for anything but heartbleed. Thanks!

Hi @Matt Boettger It is being used for more than just Heartbleed, here's a link to one of our blog entries regarding WatchTower and the recent 'fun' with Drupal sites being compromised.
As handy a feature as it is, if you were to become aware of a particular company being compromised you're best to change your password and not wait for Watchtower to tell you to do so. Worst case scenario you get told to again later down the road but as long as you've got 1Password remembering your passwords for you, there's little risk in changing your password multiple times.

Great! I thought I remember some compromise of Chase bank about a month ago or so but never saw on watchtower a recommendation to change the password (I could be wrong about the company). Just wanted to make sure that watchtower is for more than heartbleed. You guys make one heck of a product! Couldn't live without it anymore!

Hi @Matt Boettger
Thanks so much for your kind words! As @littlebobbytables says, we're working to make Watchtower a useful tool far beyond Heartbleed, and I'll be sure to let our developers know that you're keen to see more progress here. :)
