One of my favorites continues not to work
I have one of my favorites that refuses to work. If I go into log ins and use it there it works fine but I have deleted and remade as a favorite several times now it it will not work. Its the only one that does that I have had problems with. I have a link to the same bank for my wife and hers works fine.

I'm sorry that you're having this issue. Could you elaborate on exactly what you're seeing? I'm a little puzzled about why you would need to delete it and remake it as a favorite, since adding something to favorites should just be a matter of clicking the star icon. Did you empty your 1Password trash yet? If not, we can maybe get the version that worked out of there and make it a favorite? If you have emptied the 1Password trash, then that's fine, we can still work through this. Can you explain what exactly doesn't work about the new item? Does it not show up in Safari as an option to fill? Is it not populating the form fields when chosen?
I'm confident that we can fix this up.

Well its happening again. When I click my favorite bank account it puts everything in (login & pw) but it does not open up. it will only open if I copy the pw and past it in then it works

Just to confirm, the favourite part is actually a red herring and really it's just an issue of a Login item not filling in properly, is that correct?
Bank sites are notoriously the most difficult to work with as they're extremely hostile towards all sorts of automated filling. Can I ask, have you tried our Saving a Login Manually guide? If that doesn't help then maybe letting us know the login URL may help. If somebody here has an account they may know how to get it to play nicer with 1Password.
