Suddenly 1Password stopped filling

I've been using 1Password 5 on Yosemite, Safari 8.0 with no problems, but today I get

This happens even after disabling browser checking

    Hi @aheezen‌

    Could you please open Terminal from /Applications/Utilities and run this command:

    codesign -dvvv /Applications/Safari.app

    Please let us know what the output is.
