Hi @Kim Sola I think we're going to need a bit more information I'm afraid. Can you describe in a little more detail what isn't working and what versions of all the pieces in play. So we're looking for the version of 1Password and the 1Password extension which is separate from the main application. With a better idea of what is going on we'll see about finding a solution for you

Hi,
Thank you. :-)
I resolved it. :-)
So the link when you Google "1password extension" does not work for FF 33. When you use the link provided through the 1password app, the extension works.
One last question, how do I transfer my passwords to another computer and/or are they remotely accessible? Do I have to move the 1password app onto the new computer or anything else.Cheers,
KIm

I am having a similar issue.
Issue: The 1password FF extension is not working with FF 33.1. After entering password in the extension toolbar the message below the password entry says "connecting" and to the right there is a counter that increments each second, seemingly forever.
1Password utility is greatly diminished without the functional extension.I have removed/reinstalled the extension, restarted 1P, rebooted machine, restarted browser.
OS: OSX 10.9.5
Browser: FF 33.1
Extension: currently 3.9.21.b1, but tried latest non beta version as well.
1P: 1Password 4
Version 4.4.3 (443000)

Hi @scot_,
Thanks so much for that screenshot, and your version numbers ... I can see exactly where things are getting tangled up.
You're using the extension for 1Password 3, but you've got 1Password 4 in the main app. Our developers made some big changes to the extension between versions 3 and 4, so you will need the version 4 extension to talk to the 1Password 4 app.
Please see our guide on how to remove older versions of the browser extension.
That should get you all sorted out. :)

All fixed. Thanks. Feel like I tried that several times before but must have done something wrong.
