Sync 2 Users/2 Different Computers with Dropbox Shared Folder

I am trying to share 2 computers (2 different dropbox users using a common password database) using a shared folder thru dropbox.
I have 1Password.agilekeychain in the folder except they are not updating from one computer to another. All other files in Shared folder updates?)
Is this the correct way? and any clue why they do not update in Dropbox Shared Folder.

    Here's a quick troubleshooting step we can take to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Lets call them computer A using Dropbox A and computer B with Dropbox B. For the purposes of this Lets say Dropbox A is the one that shared the folder with B (so A should be able to revoke sharing privileges while I don't think B should). If you hadn't guessed, while I'm okay with the concepts I won't lie to you - I'm not a Dropbox expert (but I don't think I'm a total muppet at it either).

    1. On Computer A add a test item to your vault that you're sharing.
    2. Log into Dropbox's website using account A's details. What you want to do is view the vault using 1PasswordAnywhere and see if the new item is present. If it is then 1Password is syncing to that keychain.
    3. Log out and log into Dropbox using Account B's details or log into Dropbox on Computer B - whichever you prefer and do the same, can you see the new item?

    So given the new item isn't viewable on computer B's copy of 1Password, if we can see the new item in both steps 2 & 3 then the problem must lie with syncing and 1Password on that computer. If the change is visible in step 2 but not step 3 then that's pretty weird but the problem must lie with Dropbox. If you can't see the test item in step 2 then the problem must be syncing and 1Password on computer A.
