Passwords generated in browser never appear in 1p

Here's what happens:

I'm on a new password screen, so I hit command + \, click "Fill". It fills in passwords and I'm done. However, that password is lost in the ether. It never shows up in 1p under Password.

  • Hi @jeremy_ross‌

I'm not sure I follow... If 1Password is able to fill it, then it is saved as a 'login'. :)

    Thanks.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I'm referring to the "fill" under password generator. It generates the password, and fills in the pw fields on the screen with the generated password. But that generated password never appears in 1password.

    Hi @Jeremy_235‌

If you used the fill button in the Password Generator you should find a Password item under Passwords in the side bar, the title of which should indicate where you were when it was created. Is your password in there?
