Fields do not populate

Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.1, Firefox 33.1

Everything seems to be in the right place, except no fields (address, credit card, etc.) will populate. Any suggestions? Thanks

    When you say "no fields will populate" do you mean when trying to complete them in Firefox (as opposed to when trying to type them)? If so, please explain exactly how you're trying to use 1P. For example, do you click on the URL in 1P to use "go and fill"? Alternatively, are you using the ⌘\ shortcut once you're on the relevant login page?

    I assume you're using 1P5. Is that correct?

    As you can see from Stephen_C's post, I think we're going to need some more information to assist you. If you can let us know what version of 1Password and the 1Password extension that you're running (they do differ). For 1Password it's in 1Password > About 1Password and for Firefox it's in Tools > Add-ons (keyboard shortcut ⇧⌘A and then the Extensions section.

    Along with that can you describe the sequence of actions you're performing up until it doesn't behave as expected. With a better idea we can hopefully make some suggestions to sort you out.
