OSX 10.8.5 / 1password
Hello, I recently discovered 1password, and would love to use it to my devices. I already bought the version for iphone and I tried to buy one for mac. Unfortunately I can not proceed from the Apple Store because I have the OS X version 10.8.5 and the requirement is to have version 10.10.
I can not proceed with the upgrade of the system because of the use of programs that do not go on the latest version 10.10.
Is there a way to install the older version of one password that can be fine for OS 10.8.5 ??

If you were to purchase 1Password direct from us in our store (https://agilebits.com/store) then you would be able to use the licence to run anything from 1Password 3 all the way up to 1Password 5. That would cover you as 1Password 4 will run on Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8). This I know is definitely true.
You should still be able to purchase it from Apple's MAS as well but I'm a little unsure as I can't replicate your exact situation. I purchased the MAS version of 1Password 4 and did so over a year ago now. I know that I can re-download 1Password 4 if I do so from my Mac Mini running Mavericks. It recognises I can't run the current version and instead downloads the last compatible release. What I can't easily verify is if Apple will allow you to purchase 1Password from a 10.8 machine. If it does you should be able to download a compatible version.
So both avenues should be open but I'm more confident about the web store route simply because it's under our control.

thanks for the reply, unfortunately the link to the store (https://agilebits.com/store) I see nothing but the latest version. Where can I find the old one for my OS ?? (OSX 10.8.5)
I guess I should install version 4 but the online store is only for windows.
Could you send me the link to purchase the 4 for mac !?

You'd be purchasing a licence for 1Password 5, it's just the details we send you will allow you to run anything from 1Password 3 up to 1Password 5 - there isn't a way to purchase a licence for just 1Password 4. Then, if you ever move up to Yosemite you can run 1Password 5 if you want as the licence is still valid.
The email you would receive from us will includes links for downloading but you can also download it direct from our site at https://agilebits.com/downloads
