How to generate a password?
I have a login called passgen. I use this login to generate new passwords by clicking resume editing then clicking the circle next to the password field. It's a work around since I don't see a quick way to generate a password.
Did I miss the feature somewhere in the app?

I think it may not exist in the main 1PW app (not sure), but there is a password generator in both 1PW Mini (the thing in the main menu bar) and the browser extension (the thing in the browser menu bar). Since you would probably only want to generate a password when on a browser page, these options seem enough.

If you use the keyboard shortcut to open 1P mini (⌘⌥\) you will see a menu item for the Password Generator (third menu item from the top). That, I think, is one of the easiest ways to reach the generator.

If you bookmark the thread (click the star sign at the top of it above Post A Reply) the default notification settings in your profile should ensure you are sent an email when the thread is updated.
