Login item icon bug?

There seems to be a bug with the login item icons:

Sometimes (I haven't figured out a pattern), the icon in the list view and the details view don't match, for some reason.

    Thanks for writing in. From the app's perspective, those are two different icons as they're different sizes. It's possible that our Rich Icon server had an icon for it at one size but not the other. Then later (after the site changed their icon) we added the new icon size to the rich icon server. Since those images get cached by your Mac, we wouldn't necessarily refresh the other icon. If you disable Rich Icon support then re-enable it in Preferences, the icon cache will be flushed and the app will re-fetch icons on demand. I suspect that the icons will then be the same. If they aren't, could you send me the URL associated with the login item, and we can take a look on our side to see if it's expected for that site?
