Auto adding login details and etc

Hi.

Im having issues with 1password auto adding the login details i put in safari... also credit card numbers... sometimes it would auto add and other times it won't... very rarely does it add... any advice?

    Hi @King Tan‌

    Automatic adding of Logins is limited to Login items. So if I've understood your message correctly then it won't work with credit cards or items such as identities. For both of those you would have to enter them directly into 1Password. Once they are entered though you should be able to use them to fill in fields on a payment screen.

    I don't actually use the automatic saving of Logins (just my preference). Do you have any specific pages where you haven't been asked if you want to save? it might help us isolate the issue if you have an example of two for us to work with. Hopefully then we can get it to behave more to your liking.
