With 1Password 3 just dragging the app to your Trash will miss something called 1PasswordAgent. Here's a link to the uninstall guide for 1Password 3. If you've already done a partial uninstall don't worry, there are instructions for manually uninstalling it so you can go through each step and see if you've taken care of that component or not.
