Upgrade options available in the store, but "Select" buttons greyed out
Hi there,
I'd like to upgrade 1Password for Mac from v4 to v5. I have a valid license for the v4 Mac+Windows bundle, which I verified by having it resent to myself. Now, when trying to upgrade, I am told that there are 2 options available, but the "Select" buttons for both are greyed out (although I can choose Knox if I want). Can you help?

If you have a licence for 1Password 4 for Mac then you're licensed for version 5 too - no paid upgrade needed :smile:
If you're experiencing the "Trial Expired" message then simply reapplying the licence should sort you out, check the announcement Trial Expired notice in 1Password 5 for Mac? for details.
