No record at AgileBits for my upgrade purchase?
Why for the love of god can I not find my 1password receipt with the file I need to license 1password?
I've upgraded a 1password 3 license (for mac and pc) to 1password 4 (for mac and pc) but when I ask for the keys from Agile Bits, I only get my version 3 keys... no sign at all of my purchase last month.
What's worse, trying to view the 1password 4 receipt online took me (after I had to log in to view) to my original 1password 3 keys. Not helping. After I logged in and re-clicked the link, I get to see the 1password 4 (and 5 now?) licensing links.
Why is this information not accessible on my account except exclusively through the original receipt email?

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with the licensing email. Unfortunately, if you're using a webmail client, like Gmail, the link to download your license file isn't clickable. We're looking into alternative solutions here, as clearly this isn't the best way to ensure that users can get their hands on their license information when necessary.
