Purchased 1password from App Store: CANNOT install on Mac Desktop AND Mac Air

I purchased 1password from App store and installed app on my desktop. When I wanted to also install on my Mac Air, the App Store requested that I pay for software AGAIN! I purchased through App Store SPECIFICALLY so that I can SYNC using iCloud

Why do I need to pay for the app again?

How do I install on my Mac Air without paying yet another $35 on the App Store?

    When trying to install on the Air please check that you are logged in to the App Store with the same Apple ID that you used for the purchase on the desktop.

    Hi @mr666,

    As Stephen_C mentioned, you'll need to make sure you're signed into the Mac App Store with the same Apple ID you used when you made the purchase on your other Mac. Chances are, that should take care of things.

    If for any reason you're still being told you have to purchase it from the Mac App Store again, try going to the Purchases section of MAS on both Macs - do they each show the same list of purchased apps? Do you see 1Password in the Purchases list on the Air?
