Bluetooth Sync iOs <-> Mac
Would love to see the feature of syncing my passwords between my iPhone and my Mac via Bluetooth.

Hi @manifestatio,
Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure we would add this feature since we already have Wi-Fi sync for users who want local wireless sync, but I will pass the suggestion along to our developers.

To add to this, I just tried out wifi sync, but on the iPhone, it only seems to work with the primary dropbox account. The secondary accounts must all be dropbox accounts. Therefore, you would need to make your primary account secondary in order to use your primary vault as a work sync over wifi. On Windows, you need to setup an adhoc network for this particular connection, and it only works in WEP mode with the iphone, not WPA2. It's a rather inelegant solution.
The issue I hit is that for syncing work and personal accounts separately, some companies don't allow dropbox usage or your mobile device to connect to the corporate network. Thus, you're stuck in a situation where you rely on looking at your phone for all password access. You don't want to sync all your personal passwords with your work computer. E-mail isn't secure, unless you could send the password in a format similar to the storage format, where it would be encrypted and only could be read by the same 1Password key. If that could be done, it would facilitate using insecure channels to send a password to yourself so long as you had an agreed upon key to decrypt it on the other side.

Hi @g01 We've been working on syncing secondary vaults via Wi-Fi (Mac & iOS) so once we go from beta to release on those platforms you may find our Wi-Fi Sync options meet your needs.
I'm not a massive user of Windows so I wasn't aware that WEP is required. I find that restriction surprising as we don't manage the actual Wi-Fi connection, that should be directly between your iPhone and your Windows machine. Now I do know Wi-Fi Sync on the windows machine is still very new in contrast to Macs and while it might exist I believe Dropbox is probably the more reliable method. Certainly thank you for posting your observations!
