Improving passwords for existing sites... [Resolved]

On sites where I have a weak password previously set - can 1password change this easily when I go to the site somehow- or do I have to I have to go through the sites particular process for changing my password?

    Penelope Pitstop is correct. The only way we could automate the process would be to manually observe each site and maintain a script for that site. The problem is all it takes are a few adjustments on their side, the script breaks and people get worried not knowing what has happened. Hopefully you won't find the current system too onerous but please do make note of the warning in that guide:

    In some circumstances, you may not see this prompt. If that happens, don’t panic! 1Password has a safety net in place. We’ll show you how to recover the unsaved password if the changed password was not updated.
