Why Does 1Pass sometimes NOT offer the fill in?
I've looked around the documentation and don't see anything explaining. It seems to me that sometimes the browser extension or menu applet doesn't ALWAYS .... 1) offer the login that is stored when on the page and conversely 2) doesn't ask to store a new login.
I'm supporting lots of non-techy people who I'm convincing to use 1 Password and need to be able to instruct them right!
Thanks

Your first question surprised me a little, as long as the website field for a Login item has been correctly filled it should always offer the applicable Login item when you're trying to log in. I assume when you find an instance of this it is always consistent? When you do it might be worth seeing if the URLs differ at all. If they don't I am puzzled.
With your second question can I just confirm please. We're talking about instances where you're logging into site A for the very first time and your reasonable expectation is you should get a 1Password window asking if you wish to save. What you're experiencing though is this window doesn't pop up and you're never offered the option of saving it in 1Password. Is that correct? Again, do you find it consistently doesn't do it with a site and if that is the case would you mind supplying a link as we'd be very curious.
