1 Password for Bussiness

I am trying to decide if my company will be using 1 password or last pass. The admin tool in last pass is very appealing. If we decide to go with 1 password, what happens when and employee leaves? Is there a way for me to cancel their license and have access to their passwords?

At this time, 1Password is largely a consumer-level product, so we don't have much in the way of administrative tools. Here's our guide to revoking access to a shared vault, I hope this helps!
