Why I can' enter into credit card info the month and year correctly?

I can't enter the month in the credit cards info. I just can't enter the year.

    Are you using a non-English localisation under OS X Settings > Language and Region? If so, and you change temporarily to English, you may be able to do what you need to do. It's a current known bug in that case.

    The crux of it seems to be languages that use a period as a separator in date formats. The issue seems resolved in our latest beta so I'd expect this to make it in the next release. Until the next stable is released (and assuming you don't want to run a beta) you can temporarily change the date format to any language that uses / as the date separator. You can do this in System Preferences > Language & Region > Advanced... and change the Format Language: option. As you can see, this will leave the primary language alone but you should then be able to edit the credit card entry before returning to the proper format for your area.
