1Password does not autofill when logging into new sites.

I've just installed Yosemite 10.10.1 and 1Password 5.02. I'm using Safari 8.0 and I've disabled Safari autofil. I did not create additional vaults and I"m following the User's Guide instructions for "Saving a Login"exactly. When doing so a Login is created as described in the User's Guide.

However:

When using the 1Password Login the URL does not accept the 1Password autofil UN and PW. The URL reports that one of the two is incorrect (PW or UN) and rejects the login. However, if I keep the 1Password generated UN (or manually type it in) and then copy the PW from the 1Password Login I'm allowed to proceed into the URL.

1Password appears to successfully autofill the UN to the URL but does not autofill the PW correctly.

I experience the same result when manually creating a 1Password Login; again after exactly following the User's Guide instructions for doing this.

    Hi @Txwalker‌ Could you supply the URL of the site please. It might be doing something funky and need a bit more effort to get it to play. Some sites are sadly like this, banks especially. Once we have a better idea of what we're dealing with we can hopefully help.
