License confusion
I'm really confused now
I have 1Password 5 on my iMac, fully licensed. I also have 1Password 5 on my Macbook Pro, also fully licensed (I also have it on my iPad and iPhone) However, I just noticed that 1Password Mini on my Macbook Pro oddly was saying "Trial expired". I checked in the knowledge base and as suggested deleted the application, downloaded and reinstalled 1Password 5 from the Agile web site - checked it was in and running as a trial, requested my license details to be resent, and all I've been sent is a licences for v3.
I know I'm a bonafide v5 user, so what's going on?

Update - copied my license file from my iMac and it's updated the v% on the MBP as a genuine licensed copy. Why do I get a v3 licence when I request a copy of my licence?

I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password lately! I've taken a look in our back office records and located some license information stored under the email address you have attached to your forum account. I'm resending the license details to you there - it does indeed include a license for 1Password 5. The email should include instructions on how to apply the license file to 1Password 5 to get rid of that annoying message.
