Single license (multiple people) on Mac and iPhone

So I wanted to know, if I bought a single user license, can multiple people (in the same household) use it on their own Mac and iPhone. So everyone is using their own devices and computers but running off the same license. Can this be done? Thanks for any help!

    If you bought from the Mac App Store you can install on any computer which uses the same Apple ID (or up to six people in your family if you've set up family sharing). If you bought from AgileBits the licence terns (from this page) are:

    Our software is licensed per person and per platform, not per device. Each user and each platform requires a license. Licenses can be shared by up to six family members living in the same household. Licenses can not be transfered or re-sold.

    I think that should answer your question but if not please post again.

    Edit: I should have mentioned that 1P for iOS is a separate app (free but with in-app purchase to enable Pro features) from the app store, so is governed by the app store licence. However, note that family sharing doesn't apply to in-app purchases.
