1Password not asking to add a new login

I am using Firefox and up until recently 1Password worked correctly and always prompted me for an updated or new login and password. Now I do not get that option. I have reloaded the extensions and looked through preferences to see if something changed but I can't find anything. Help!

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble with 1Password. Let's confirm a few details:

    • What is the version number of 1Password, Firefox, and the 1Password browser extension? (You can find the extension version number in Add-ons > Extensions.)
    • In Preferences > Browser (in 1Password) is the 'Automatically ask to Save new Logins' option checked off?

    I'm also interested to know if this happens consistently, every time you try to log in to a new site, or if there might just a few particular sites that are giving you trouble. If there are any specific sites, please include the URLs here so we can do some testing on our end.
