password on other equipment
I have 1Password on my iMac, iPad and MacBook Air.
The master password works on the iMac;
It does not work on the Air
and it does not work on the iPad where it only allows me to type 15 of the 16 characters
Any ideas? Thanks

Are you having the same problem on your MacBook Air as you're having on your iPad, or are they different issues?
For the problem entering more than 15 or 16 characters, what happens when you type more than that? You should be able to type the entire master password, even if it doesn't look like all the characters are being entered. It can be hard to tell because the characters are turned into dots so they all look the same, but try typing the whole master password anyway. Does that work?
If typing the correct/full master password doesn't work on your MacBook Air or iPad, can you please give us some more details? For example, did the master password used to work, but recently stopped working? Or are you trying to set up 1Password on the MacBook Air and iPad for the first time? How are you syncing your 1Password data between your Macs and iPad? Have you changed the master password recently? What version of 1Password are you using on each Mac and on your iPad? The more details you can give us, the better. Thanks!
