Cannot create new vault on Mac OS X Yosemite as screen attached.

    Thanks for taking the time to write to us :smile:

    To create a new vault, your current vault needs to be the Primary vault. All you need to do is to switch to your Primary vault and you'll be able to create a new vault.

    However, by the looks of it (your screen shot) you only have a single vault that is not Primary. This very very strange indeed. I also noticed that you have the welcome screen on. So let's try the following steps to try and sort it all out:

    1. Quit both 1Password and 1Password mini, by using the control+⌘+Q keyboard shortcut.
    2. Make sure that you have a single copy of 1Password 5.app on your hard drive. It should be located in your /Applications folder. Trash all other copies and empty the trash.
    3. Reboot your Mac.
    4. Launch 1Password 5 and unlock it with your Master Password. You should now be able to create a new vault.
