Licensing question

I paid over $50 to purchase a license for your software. Now all of sudden I can't use 1password without shelling out more money. I would call someone to address this, but, of course, you don't have a customer service number.

Someone contact me soon to resolve this. Your product was supposed to make my life easier; I do not appreciate having to scrounge around your website in vain looking for someone to help.

Hi, what version of 1Password are you running? When did these messages start appearing on the app?

    Hi @Christopher Reyes

I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling frustrated, and I'd love to help you out here.

Unfortunately, there's not a lot of detail in your original post, so I'm not quite sure where things are getting tangled up. If you're seeing a 'Trial Expired' message in the app (which sounds like might be the case), we have a post at the top of the Mac forums that explains why this message is suddenly cropping up and what you can do to make it go away:

**'Trial Expired' Notice in 1Password 5 for Mac? **

I took a quick look in our back office records using the email address that you posted here, but I was unable to find any licenses attached to that email address. If you used a different email address to purchase 1Password, you can send me a private message with the details so I can better track your licensing information down. (We don't recommend that you post email addresses in the forum here.)
