Yes, of course I store mine in 1P :) - but I know that's not the real point of your question. 1P can fill logins only through a browser window so you have to enter your Apple ID password manually when required (save when logging in through a browser, of course). There is an easy way to do that. If you open 1P mini and highlight the relevant item in the the list of logins shift + cmd + c will copy to the clipboard the password from that login so you can then easily paste it into the login field.

Of course as @Stephen_C correctly mentioned 1Password cannot directly fill this password into the Mac App Store, but you can use his excellent instructions for copying & pasting it there conveniently.
