cannot get out of page

i opened my bank with 1 password, verified my card then closed. Next time i opened my bank it was still on the veified card page i cannot get into my main account i am always stuck on the verified card page. i want to do more than continually verify my card. help

Are you able to tell us the URL so that someone can test it? At the same time it would be helpful to let us know:

1. Your 1P and OS X version numbers.
2. The browser you are using and the version number of the 1P extension in that browser.

url is royal bank on line banking, 1p 5, yosemite macbook pro, the same for safari or google chrome

Can you please try following the steps of this guide for setting up a Multi-page login? It's very handy for sites with extra layers of security such as a Bank login. Let us know if it helps!
