in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have a paid license but when I look at the "about 1password" it shows I'm in demo mode and only have 20 log in's available. I have a key that was entered so I'm not sure why this is happening.

    What do you see when you choose the Help > Enter License Key command in the main 1Password program?
