1PW has stopped working

I'm assuming you're using 1P4 or 1P5.
The usual solution for problems like this is to re-create and save the login manually. That is because, as the linked page says:
Saving a new Login manually can be helpful for fixing Logins that are problematic or that were once working but have since stopped. It allows 1Password to refresh everything it “knows” about the page and start from a clean slate.
However, are you saying that 1P fails to fill in any of your logins, or merely certain ones? If it doesn't work for any of your login items then there must be some other problem and you'd better post again, including the exact version number of 1P that you're using plus the version number of the 1P extension in Safari.

Did anything change at all on your computer on the 2nd of January, the last time you say it was working. Did you change/update any software?
That would include (version numbers could be very useful):
- 1Password
- Web Browser
- 1Password browser extension
- OS X
Also, did Stephen_C's suggestion of creating a new work for a single Login item?
Once we gain a better idea of the situation we can start trying to figure out what's going on.
