An Invoice instead of just a purchase receipt?
The link in the right sidebar (when logged in the website) says "View Invoices" but when clicked on any of my purchases I can see only a purchase receipt and NO invoice.
To claim the 1Password license as a business expense I need to present an invoice - anything that says "Invoice" has an "invoice number" and the details of the purchase (the same ones as in the receipt I already have from you).
How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Hi @icanzilb I've asked for you but the receipt is all we have available. The receipt does include an order number, is it really not an acceptable substitute to an invoice?

Thanks but yeah - in some members of the European Union the receipt is simply not enough to claim the payment as a business expense.

That's interesting to me as a complete outsider. I've always thought of a receipt as just an invoice that is marked paid. Apparently not so everywhere.

@hawkmoth I'm from the UK and it was new to me as well. Sadly it doesn't seem something we can assist with in this case :disappointed:
