Fed Up With Dropbox Sync Issues
I am a long time customer and have recommended this software to many friends primarily because it is so well supported.
However, since experiencing the downgrade to no iCloud syncing I am wasting too much time resetting the dropbox sync folder as recommended here but the solution is only ever temporary.
Yesterday I removed the vaults from all devices & started again but already I am seeing problems. (failed to list remote data folder in Dropbox)
Please will you offer me credit so I can change to the app store version & go back to iCloud sync.

A lot of the background to this situation can be found in our announcement, iCloud Changes in the Website Version of 1Password 5. Now if you've made a purchase of 1Password 5 in the last 30 days we will refund your purchase, allowing you to purchase 1Password from wherever you wish. If your purchase was made some time ago, which it sounds like it might have been, then your choices are limited I'm afraid. There isn't a viable way to transition users from the Agile Web Store version to the MAS version. It did result in some users who were unhappy with the situation and that isn't what we wanted but sadly pragmatics meant a no-win situation given the size of the company. If Apple had a way for us to add users who had existing licences it would have been an altogether different situation.
I realise it isn't good news so sorry about that. We can try assisting with the Dropbox troubleshooting if you wish.
