Folders not syncing [Resolved]

I've created folders for certain passwords in my 1Password Mac app downloaded from Agile (not AppStore). In this app, I have created a folder but this does not sync to the Safari extension nor to item in the Menu bar on my mac.

How do I do this?

    Is the folder empty by any chance? In my tests I find we don't display empty folders in 1Password mini, just those containing items. The exception is we will show empty smart folders.

    Thanks for replying. Appreciated. The folder is not empty, not is it a smart folder. Is the app designed to sync the folders as well?

    Hi @Mister_Martyn2014‌

    Unless I'm misunderstanding your issue, there is no syncing. 1Password mini is part of 1Password and so accesses the same .sqlite file that 1Password does - it isn't using a separate repository so there is syncing taking place. The 1Password browser extension interacts with 1Password mini through a web socket so again, no synchronising.

    1. What happens if you create a new folder inside the invisible one?
    2. If that doesn't work what happens if you create a new folder and move all the items from this folder into the new one?

    I'm working on the premise that something odd has happened to this specific folder. I know we've had quirks before so this is my best guess at the moment. Please let me know how you get along.

    Hi again. Thanks for this. Following 2. above resolved my issue. It must have been a corruption with the original folder.
