Employee Quit - How to Keep Secure w/o Having to Create a New Vault?

Hello,

We use 1Password for our business and have a team of people accessing the same information. We recently had an employee leave the company. How can I easily lock them out of the passwords without having to create a new vault every time an employee is no longer with us?

I tried changing the Dropbox Account, but it still keeps the old information in the system.
