Using 1P with Apps, not websites

I'm sure this has been asked before, but: how do I use 1P with Apps .. w/o the usual cut/paste? I believe some password managers have figured out how to do this, right?

    Hey @backspaces‌. Filling in external applications and browsers is available in the beta version of 1Password and is only supported for devices that are on Android Lollipop. If you are running Android Lollipop and would like to help us beta test, please sign up on this page here.

    Sigh. Have the new OnePlus One (love it!) but its still 4.4 KitKat. But if/when Lollipop happens, boy will I be happy!
