4 Devices but the sync doesn't happen
I have 2 iOS devices and 2 iMacs. There are 319 logins on the cell phone, 331 on the iPad and 362 on the iMacs. I originally synced by way of dropbox and it worked fine for the iMacs, but seems to miss the iOS devices. How can I merge the logins without messing up the whole file. I upgraded to version 5 for all through your site, but I am still having issues. Assistance

What versions of 1Password are you using on these devices and what operating systems? What method are you using for syncing? Dropbox? iCloud? You say originally you'd Dropbox, but you don't say if you are continuing with that.
Finally, is there one of these machines that you believe has a complete and authoritative copy of your data? If the answer to that is, Yes. it will simplify getting this straightened out.
I won't be the one to guide you on what to do, but I'm sure that the support person who does help you will need to know the answers to those questions, so if you post back with the answers, it should speed things up.

It sounds like you might be using 1Password 5 on both Macs and both iOS devices, and using Dropbox sync. If so, the first thing to check is that Dropbox sync is enabled in 1Password on all 4 devices:
On both Macs, open 1Password and go to the menu for 1Password > Preferences, then click the Sync tab. Does that show that it's syncing with Dropbox? If not, follow these steps to set up Dropbox sync.
On both iOS devices, open 1Password and go to Settings > Sync. Does it show that the Sync Service is Dropbox? If not, follow these steps to set up Dropbox sync.
If Dropbox sync is already set up in 1Password on your Macs and iOS devices, but the sync isn't working, follow these steps to make sure they're syncing with the same keychain file in Dropbox:
On both Macs:
- Open 1Password and go to the menu for 1Password > Preferences
- Click the Sync tab
- Check the file path for the 1Password.agilekeychain file
On both iOS devices:
- Open 1Password and go to Settings > Sync > Sync Service
- Check the file path for the 1Password.agilekeychain file (underneath Current Sync Method / Dropbox)
If the problem is that they are syncing with different keychain files, you'll need to disable the sync, then set it up again and choose the correct keychain file.
