Sync from I Mac to I Pad Air

Went through your instructions, but was stopped on the refresh bar. Will not function. Trying to sync using WIFI. My I Phone app is OK and my I Mac. Running 10.1 Yosomite

    Try this:

    1. disable then re-enable wifi sync on each device (including the Mac); and/or
    2. reboot each device (including the Mac),

    I'm assuming you're using 1P4 or 1P5, all devices are on the same wifi network and you're not using any firewall that's blocking the necessary communication between devices. (If you're using a firewall try disabling it temporarily to see if sync then works.)

    If you still have problems please post again but also tell us what versions of 1P you are using on both your Mac and on your phone. (You can find the 1P for iOS version number by looking towards the bottom of the 1P Settings screen on the phone.)
