Non-syncing vaults

I have an iMac running Yosemite, a MacBook Air running Mavericks, and iPad running iOS8, and an iPhone running iOs8. At present, I am on the road and do not have access to the iMac. I sync 1P using Dropbox.

My problem is that I have three vaults in 1P, but only two of them are showing up on the iPhone & iPad, and only one (Primary) is showing up on my Air. I created the missing vault on the iMac. It was the third vault I created.

Naturally, the vault I need is the third vault, which apparently is only available on the iMac I don't have with me.

What can I do to get that third vault onto all my devices. For that matter, what can I do to get the second vault onto my Air?

    Each vault has its own sync settings. So I would hazard a guess, that maybe the configuration is missing for that/those extra vaults ? This is often a common cause. This may be why the 3rd vault is missing.

    On the Air, locate that specific keychain in Dropbox and double click on it. It should prompt you for the Master Password for that vault. Once provided it will be added to the Air's copy of 1Password for your use. (I always add mine with 1Password unlocked, before hand)

    If someone is at home you maybe able to have them install something like TeamViewer which would allow you to configure 1Password yourself. I use it for remote admin of several older friends devices.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. I'd agree with @thightower's assessment here. It sounds like you haven't set up sync for some of your secondary vaults.
