Mix 1pass Environment: Share second vault possible?
Using 1Password on following:
Mac Desktop
Mac Laptop
Win Desktop
Win Laptop
iOS
Would like to create a secondary vault so that all devices but one Win laptop see both vaults. Win laptop only sees one vault.
Is this possible?
I'm using Dropbox to sync.
to recap:
Mac Desktop (sees primary vault and secondary)
Mac Laptop (sees primary vault and secondary)
Win Desktop (sees primary vault and secondary)
Win Laptop (sees secondary vault only)
iOS (sees primary vault and secondary)

Multiple vaults work a little bit differently on Windows than they do on Mac.
On Mac, you'll unlock your primary vault in 1Password with your Master Password, and all secondary vaults will be unlocked at the same time, to give you quick access to all your data.
On Windows, you use the File > Open Datafile menu option to select a vault to open to. You will need to enter each vault's Master Password to unlock the individual vault.
So, if you are using the same Dropbox account on all computers, the Windows laptop will have access to both vaults (if they are stored in Dropbox), but again, that vault cannot be unlocked without the Master Password of that vault, so it will be secure from users who do not have the password.
Please note that each vault in Mac has separate sync settings, so you'll need to go to Preferences > Sync while viewing the secondary vault (on Mac) and make sure that Dropbox sync is set up.
I hope that this answers your questions, but if you have any further - we're here to help! :)
