Multiple Licences

After the free period for 1 password 5 I was asked to upgrade my license. I followed the instructions and found two licenses. I upgraded them both but it looks like I only needed one. I have two Macs an IMac and a Mac laptop. The license says single license but the instructions say I can use multiple Macs with each license. What gives? Do you owe me a rebate for the extra one licences?

    The license does permit you to install the application on as many Macs as you use yourself. You should not need to pay twice.

    You don't say where you made your buy. If it was from the AgileBits web store, they will be sure you get a refund if you did pay twice. If you bought from the Mac App Store, you also shouldn't have been charged twice, as long as both Macs are using the same Apple ID for purchases.

    The purchase was from the AgleBits store. I was in fact charged three times on my Amex card Jan 22. If I don't see a refund how do I talk to someone?

    Send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. your full name;
    2. your full address when you purchased 1P;
    3. the date you bought 1P;
    4. the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
    5. the fact that you were charged three times and you need only one licence;
    6. a link to this thread.

    You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and arrange any appropriate refund.
