Bought 1password on iphone instead of Mac by mistake

Not knowing anything about how 1password works, I purchased it on my iphone instead of my Mac. I was never able to figure out how to use it on the iphone and thus have not used it. I just found out that I should have purchased it on my Mac instead and that price would have included the iPhone and iPad apps. Now that I've realized this, is there some way to apply the price I paid for the iPhone app toward the purchase of the Mac app? Thanks.

    I don't know where you heard that but it's not correct. 1P for Mac and 1P for iOS are, and always have been, completely separate products. Purchase of one does not affect purchase of the other in any way.
