I have had a similar problem. I use 1password for mac and so I cannot use autotype. I was thus unable to modify this option on the citi website. Additionally, I found myself disturbed because when I tried to use 1password to log-in to the website it not only did not work, but also changed the password on my 1password from what it had been to the letter "a". I am concerned that this website is able to access my supposedly secure password manager and am hoping that you can help me figure out how to solve this problem. I have been using 1password for many years, but if I cannot use it to generate secure passwords for my banking institutions then I am likely to stop using it.

I was also using chrome to help clear that up as well.
