    Not helpful to me either. I use dropbox for sync, and it doesn't look like 1Password4 is working with 1Password5.

    Hi @chewer‌

    I've split your comment from that other thread as it was purely regarding iCloud Sync.

    Can you confirm for us please that Dropbox sync is set up on both machines (viewable in the Sync tab of 1Password's preferences) and the results of the following test.

    Create a new test item on each machine and title it something unique. Does either test item appear on the other machine e.g. does the 1Password 4 test item appear on the 1Password 5 machine and vice versa.

    Once we start gaining a better idea of where the issue resides we can start with the troubleshooting process.
