Backup Button
Does the "Backup Now" button in Preferences backup everything? all my vaults? or do I have to do this for each vault?

The backup feature will backup all your vaults, so you don't need to worry about backing up each one separately. In fact, if you click the Show Files button in Preferences > Backup, the file names of the backups will confirm how many vaults they contain (in the names of the backups, the number of "profiles" is the number of vaults).

Just to add, 1Password will automatically backup your vault every day if there are changes. If your vault hasn't changed since the last backup we don't bother wasting any more space. The automatic backups are no different from the manual ones in terms of items, attachments and vaults that are included.
